Each year congregations of the Texas District generously support the mission in prayer, in energy, and in dolloars as we work together to bring the Gospel to communities, to neighborhoods, and to individuals who do not know Jesus. For the purpose of planning, the Board of Directors of the Texas District requests each congregation to submit a commitment pledge card at the end of each year for the next year. This process is engaged during the last quarter of the year. The 2011 commitment card is available in the .pdf format.

The Board of Directors of the Texas District, as well as the staff, is committed to pursuing the mission that God has given to each us. This is also reflected in the financial commitment to missions in the annual budget. Approximately 2/3rds of the budget is used to support mission work and mission workers, not only in the District but also in the Synod which includes international mission work.
