2005 Forney: Water of Life Lutheran Church started out as Forney Lutheran Outreach in 2002 supported by area Lutheran Churches. In 2005 regular worship and Sunday School began. On Oct. 29, 2006, WoL chartered.

2005 Houston: Vijay Gurrala began Our Redeemer Evangelical Church on Pentecost Sunday, 2005. Currently they worship in the Chapel at U of H, providing opportunity to share Jesus with students.

	Asian Church of All Nations 2009 Carrollton: People of the Book Lutheran Outreach, a Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod mission society dedicated to reaching Muslims both domestically and internationally. It is the goal of POBLO to raise up spiritual leaders among Muslims and establish Christ-worshiping communities within them. Candelaria Medical Mission 2009 Candelaria: This medical mission is stationed out of Redeemer Lutheran, Alpine, Texas and serves the families in this very remote location on the border assisting them with both health and spiritual concerns. Christo El Salvador Bible Study Center 2009 Del Rio: This neighborhood outreach is serving children, young mothers, and youth through teaching and music ministry. Christo El Salvador - El Paraiso 2009 Del Rio: A new leader is basing ministry out of Del Rio and serving the unreached neighborhoods of Ciudad Acuna. Water's Edge 2010 Allen: Travis Hartjen, Waters Edge in Allen is about more than just doing church on Sunday mornings. That means serving in radical ways in neighborhoods and communities, and getting to know and hang out with people who do not and may never go to church as such. The Station 2010 Denton: The Station is a Christian community located in Denton, Texas. It is an outreach to college age people who would like to strive to live missional lives that bring glory to Jesus Christ. Mission Liberty Hill 2010 Liberty Hill: Started by Zion, Walburg, Mission Liberty Hill is serving the Liberty Hill area in the name of Jesus. Beautiful Savior, Paris 2010 Beautiful Savior, Paris: This mission, and now a chartered LCMS congregation, was planted by LCMS Lutherans in the Paris, TX area. They meet each Sunday at 10:00 am for worship. Victory in Christ, Newark 2010 Victory in Christ, Newark: The vision of the members of this congregation is to serve the Newark community by offering a Lutheran education at their school through the twelfth grade. In addition, the congregation is looking ahead to plant a second congregation in the future. La Casa de Oracion, LINC North Texas 2010 La Casa de Oracion: Beginning in June 2010 initially with ESL classes, church Planter, Ramiro Gutierrez, also started a weekly prayer service. In September 2010, Sunday morning gatherings also began with as many as 40 attending. Our Savior Church of All Nations, POBLO, Rockwall 2010 Partnering with Our Savior, Rockwall, OSCoAN, is the daughter congregation of the All Nations Lutheran Church. Led by EITT Mission Planter, Irfan Mahmoud, this mission reaches out to the growing Asian community in Rockwall in the language of their own hearts (Urdu). Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, Waller 2010 Cross of Christ, the daughter congregation of Zion, Tomball, and lead by Rev. Henry Wied, is working to extablish ministry in the Waller area where previously, there was no LCMS presence. Hope Lutheran Church, Marble Falls 2010 In the Spring of 2010, Hope Lutheran Church was born in the Hill Country as an outreach mission of Genesis Lutheran Church of Buchanan Dam. Marble Falls is a small town with great growth projected in the coming years. Hope Lutheran is harnessing the power of Christian volunteers to show the love of Jesus in the community. The mission is: Sharing faith in Christ with love and hope. St. John Lutheran Church, Uhland 2010 St. John, a formerly UCC congregation, chartered as an LCMS congregation in the spring of 2011. It is dedicated to transforming the community with the Good News of Jesus and the solid truth of His Word. Zion Lutheran Church, Mission Valley 2010 Zion is a formerly ELCA congregation that craved the solid proclamation of the Scriptures found in the LCMS. Now a chartered LCMS congregation, Zion seeks to reach the greater Victoria area with new and vibrant mission and ministry. Abiding Word, Gonzales 2010 Abiding Word is a new mission venture, started by former ELCA members in Gonzales. This group seeks to bring the true and abiding Word of God to the community through faithful proclamation, close Christian community, and energetic outreach. Nepali Community Church, Houston 2010 LINC Houston, Nepali Community Church, led by Pr Abraham Tamang, is reaching those who speak Nepalese and Bhutanese. The Edge, Saginaw-Eagle Mountian Area 2011 The Edge Community, led by Stephen Sandfort, is a church plant out of Crown of Life, Colleyville and is in the very beginning stage of work. High Plains Mission Initiative 2011 The High Plains Mission Initiative is a growing coalition of LCMS congregations in the beginning steps to moving out in mission into the Panhandle of Texas. Iglesia Christiana Emanuel One of eleven new starts in 2011 this hispanic ministry has been established to be Christ to the Houston area on the north side of the loop.
