      For the Preparation of Church Planters who are ready to enter into this difficult ministry in Texas and throughout the nation.
      For Church Planters and their families as the Lord raises them up in our church body.
      For the unseen missional workers in neighborhoods and communities in Texas whose hearts would reveal Christ to the world.
    2012 Candidate Assignments to the Texas Distict. Pray that as they and their families transition into mission and ministry that the Lord continue to strengthen and prepare them for the task of bringing the Gospel to those who don't know Christ and to equip those who do.

      For Shepherd of the Hills as they move toward beginning a small group Bible study among Nepalese with English as a second language students.
      For the development of Coach training for Church Planters in the Texas District
      The development of the Economic Mission in Candelaria. (Can Do is constructing a building over Spring Break that will serve as a store in this community.
      For Lutheran Campus Ministry of Lubbock as they look for new Office / Property Managers.

      For the Preparation of the fivetwo wiki conference to be held on Sept 23-25 in Katy.
      Thanksgiving for the productive results of the SMP Skunkwerks meeting as new church planter modules have been formulated for SMP candidates in the church planting track.
      For the church planting networks within the Texas District, LINC Houston, LINC North Texas, LINC San Antonio, FiveTwo, POBLO, SoulThirst, Missional Worker, onthisrock, Act Church Lakeway, The Summit . . . (read about these networks by clicking here.)
      For Stephen Sandfort, Mission Planting Pastor launching The Edge Community Lutheran, NW Tarrant County.
      For joyful and dedicated stewardship commitments in congregations to recognize the strength we have in common mission efforts.
      For Epiphany, Pearland as they continue to develop their multi-site ministry and consider an additional ethnic start.
      For Women of the Book Lutheran Outreach (WOBLO) TX as they begin the adventure of bringing God's kingdom into darkness.
      For Campus Missions and those serving in those locations across Texas.

      For University Lutheran Church, Austin, as they deploy into the campus community at two new student house sites.
      For The Crossing Church, Dallas and Pastor Mark Couser as they launched their first monthly worship at Dallas Lutheran School.
      For congregations to make bringing Christ to communities their top priority
      For strong fellowship development among like minded witnesses
      Thanksgiving for a new church planter coming to Mission Liberty Hill in July and prayers for the continued development of the mission.
      For Ramiro Guierrez and his family in the New Hope ministry.
      For the new partnerships between LINC NT and congregations in the metroplex (Dallas area).

      For congregations and leaders that are struggling to develop missional hearts.

      For Parent Ministry in the Spanish-Speaking Church Plant in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, to break through the apathy, to grow, and that parents and children grow in their relationship.
      For the congregations initiating new church starts in Area B.
      For the LINC NT staff Pray for a great start with the new SALI teachers in the Metroplex
      Blessing for Hannah Shoup as she leaves LINC San Antonio to prepare for her upcoming wedding. Pray for the new part-time assistant urban mission developer position to help Ely Prieto in his continued work.

      For POBLO and a new Ethnic Mission Plant in partnership with Our Savior, Rockwall.
      For Circuit Seven and Wichita Falls Mission Initiatives . . . that mission culture be developed in circuit congregations.
      For Circuit One (Panhandle area) and the development of mission beyond the congregational walls.
      For 1% (1,320) of the Baptized members of TxDistLCMS to pray for mission
      For the FiveTwo network across the world.

      Blessing for Rev. Ed Banarsi as he seeks core group families for a new effort in the Indo-Pak mission in Austin.
      For St. John Cypress as they look for their next mission start.
      For Redeemer, Austin and Faith, Georgetown as they look to plant new ministries.
