How to Start
The mission staff of the Texas District has either been certified or are pursuing certification as Coaches for the purpose of working with missional leaders and pastors in the District. Such a relationship would involve the following:
- Determining the Coach.
- Establish a Coaching Agreement. (This involves is a formal signed document with agreed upon goals, the number of meetings, and what each participant will commit to doing.)
- Periodic Evaluation of the Coaching process.
- Assesment for the purpose of extending the Coaching Agreement.
